Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 embrayer ou si la p\u00e9dale patine, votre embrayage est peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9fectueux. Dans ce cas, la puissance du moteur n&rsquo;est pas correctement transf\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la transmission. Il est important de remplacer l&#8217;embrayage. Vous trouverez les co\u00fbts et toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires dans cet article.<\/p>\n<h2>Structure de l&#8217;embrayage : quels sont les diff\u00e9rents types ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types d&#8217;embrayage en fonction du type de v\u00e9hicule. L&#8217;embrayage \u00e0 disque est l&#8217;embrayage le plus courant sur les voitures. L&#8217;embrayage monodisque se compose de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Couvercle d&#8217;embrayage<\/li>\n<li>But\u00e9e de d\u00e9brayage<\/li>\n<li>Disque<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement l&#8217;embrayage bidisque. Sa structure est similaire \u00e0 celle de l&#8217;embrayage monodisque. Cependant, deux disques de s\u00e9paration sont mont\u00e9s pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la force de friction. Cela permet de transmettre un couple plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre type d&#8217;embrayage est l&#8217;embrayage multidisque.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sont les sympt\u00f4mes d&rsquo;un embrayage d\u00e9fectueux\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Normalement, un embrayage devrait durer aussi longtemps qu&rsquo;une voiture, soit environ 200 000 km. Toutefois, comme pour tout autre composant, une panne peut survenir plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs signes vous permettent de reconna\u00eetre un dysfonctionnement de votre embrayage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les vitesses ne s&rsquo;enclenchent plus aussi facilement<\/li>\n<li>Lors du passage des vitesses, on entend des craquements, des sifflements, des claquements ou des grincements<\/li>\n<li>La consommation de carburant est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;embrayage peut donner des \u00e0-coups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement tester si l&#8217;embrayage fonctionne correctement. Le test doit toutefois \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 avec la plus grande prudence, car dans le pire des cas, l&#8217;embrayage pourrait \u00eatre endommag\u00e9. Voici comment proc\u00e9der :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garez la voiture dans un endroit o\u00f9 vous avez beaucoup de place (un parking vide par exemple).<\/li>\n<li>Serrez le frein \u00e0 main, le v\u00e9hicule est au point mort.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez le moteur en marche<\/li>\n<li>Appuyez sur l&#8217;embrayage et engagez le rapport le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Rel\u00e2chez lentement l&#8217;embrayage et appuyez sur l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si l&#8217;embrayage fonctionne, le moteur devrait s&rsquo;arr\u00eater ici. Si le moteur reste allum\u00e9, l&#8217;embrayage est peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p>\n<h2>Remplacer l&#8217;embrayage : quelle est la proc\u00e9dure ?<\/h2>\n<p>Remplacer soi-m\u00eame l&#8217;embrayage est th\u00e9oriquement possible, mais ne fait pas partie des interventions simples sur la voiture.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut d&rsquo;abord d\u00e9monter la bo\u00eete de vitesses. Cela signifie que de nombreuses pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es. Dans certains cas, le moteur doit \u00eatre soulev\u00e9, ce qui rend difficile le changement de l&#8217;embrayage par soi-m\u00eame. Si la d\u00e9pose de la bo\u00eete de vitesses ou du moteur prend le plus de temps, le remplacement de l\u2019embrayage en lui-m\u00eame est rapide. Veillez absolument \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit correctement positionn\u00e9. Pour cela, utilisez un outil de centrage.<\/p>\n<h2>Remplacer l&#8217;embrayage : quels sont les co\u00fbts ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;un changement d&#8217;embrayage d\u00e9pend toujours des pi\u00e8ces de rechange n\u00e9cessaires (par exemple un volant rigide ou bimasse) ou du prix du nouvel embrayage. Un embrayage neuf co\u00fbte environ entre 100 et 400 euros (selon le mod\u00e8le et le fabricant). La pose d&rsquo;un nouvel embrayage est en grande partie li\u00e9e \u00e0 un temps de travail important. En cas de remplacement de l&#8217;embrayage dans un garage, il faut compter quelques centaines d&rsquo;euros en plus. De nombreux m\u00e9caniciens ont besoin de deux \u00e0 quatre heures pour effectuer un remplacement. Si le moteur doit \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9, cela peut prendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 dix heures. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;avec un tarif horaire moyen d&rsquo;environ 100 euros, il faut ajouter 1000 euros de frais de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. Dans la plupart des cas toutefois, la d\u00e9pose et la pose d\u2019un nouvel embrayage sont plus rapides, de sorte que les co\u00fbts sont nettement moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<div
