Tout moteur \u00e0 quatre temps normal poss\u00e8de au moins une soupape d&rsquo;admission et une soupape d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement par cylindre. Selon la construction du moteur et la distribution, elles se r\u00e9ajustent d&rsquo;elles-m\u00eames, mais il y a encore (ou \u00e0 nouveau) des moteurs o\u00f9 il faut y toucher de temps en temps. Si \u00e7a claque, c&rsquo;est que le jeu des soupapes est trop important. En fait, c&rsquo;est plus dangereux quand il n&rsquo;y a pas de claquement. Si le jeu des soupapes est trop faible, elles peuvent br\u00fbler et endommager le moteur. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous r\u00e9glons \u00e0 la perfection le jeu de soupapes d&rsquo;un V6 \u00e0 culbuteurs.<\/p>\n<h2>Mise en garde<\/h2>\n<p>Nous sommes, je l&rsquo;esp\u00e8re, tous d&rsquo;accord : vous ne pouvez effectuer vous-m\u00eame des r\u00e9parations sur votre voiture que si vous savez ce que vous faites. Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas s\u00fbr de vous, faites appel \u00e0 un garage sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;entretien et la r\u00e9paration de votre v\u00e9hicule. R\u00e9gler les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.fr\/produits\/soupapes-dadmission-1070213\/\">soupapes d&rsquo;admission<\/a> et d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement est un jeu d&rsquo;enfant si l&rsquo;on respecte quelques principes de base. Entre les deux, elles sont ferm\u00e9es pour permettre la compression. Il y a au moins une soupape d&rsquo;admission et une soupape d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement, parfois deux soupapes d&rsquo;admission et une soupape d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement et aujourd&rsquo;hui le plus souvent deux soupapes d&rsquo;admission et d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement. Plus il y a de soupapes, plus le volume entrant et sortant est important, ce qui permet d&rsquo;augmenter la puissance du moteur. Le moment o\u00f9 les soupapes s&rsquo;ouvrent et se ferment est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la position des pistons dans le moteur. C&rsquo;est pourquoi un ou plusieurs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.fr\/produits\/arbres-a-cames-1070223\/\">arbres \u00e0 cames<\/a> (distribution moteur) sont reli\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement au vilebrequin (pistons). Si des poussoirs hydrauliques sont mont\u00e9s, ils corrigent automatiquement le jeu des soupapes. Cette technique est aujourd&rsquo;hui abandonn\u00e9e. Les poussoirs \u00e0 coupelle (comme sur les cinq cylindres Audi) sont r\u00e9gl\u00e9s sur les bonnes valeurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de plaquettes dures et rigides appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0shims\u00a0\u00bb. Les moteurs \u00e0 culbuteurs comme ce V6 ont des filetages et des vis simples sur les culbuteurs.<\/p>\n<h2>De quoi avons-nous besoin pour les travaux ?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans notre cas, nous avons besoin d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 \u00e0 bougie, d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 de 10 pour les vis du couvre-culasse, d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 polygonale coud\u00e9e de 17 pour faire tourner le vilebrequin, d&rsquo;une cl\u00e9 polygonale de 11 ou d&rsquo;une douille et d&rsquo;un jeu de cales d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. En d&rsquo;autres termes, des outils courants plus les cales d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, que vous trouverez dans n&rsquo;importe quel magasin d&rsquo;accessoires. En outre, vous devriez acheter le(s) joint(s) du couvre-culasse \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, ils doivent \u00eatre neufs. Nous sortons rapidement les six <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.fr\/produits\/bougies-dallumage-11005\/\">bougies d&rsquo;allumage<\/a>, ce que nous faisons avant de proc\u00e9der aux travaux car le moteur tourne maintenant beaucoup plus facilement sur son vilebrequin. Nous devons en effet le faire plusieurs fois au cours des travaux de r\u00e9glage. Les professionnels retirent aussi le levier de vitesse, sinon on fait rouler sa voiture petit \u00e0 petit \u00e0 travers le hall. Sur ce V6, il y a encore le grand bo\u00eetier du filtre \u00e0 air qui g\u00eane et qui peut \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9 en deux minutes. Mais \u00e0 gauche, \u00e0 droite, \u00e0 gauche&#8230; Les V8 am\u00e9ricains s&rsquo;allument tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9remment, c&rsquo;est pourquoi ils tremblent toujours autant. Maintenant, nous tournons lentement le vilebrequin avec la cl\u00e9 \u00e0 \u0153il. Si les soupapes d&rsquo;admission et d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement du premier cylindre s&rsquo;ouvrent et se ferment dans des sens oppos\u00e9s, on parle de \u00ab\u00a0bascule\u00a0\u00bb. Cela devrait \u00eatre possible sans forcer et sans bruit. La fine fente \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e doit avoir une largeur d&rsquo;environ 0,40 mm et \u00e0 la sortie d&rsquo;environ 0,35 mm, donc recevoir la cale portant le m\u00eame nom. Si elle ne passe pas entre les deux, il faut continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9visser la vis par petits tours. S&rsquo;il y a trop de jeu, il faut le r\u00e9duire avec la vis. Mieux vaut un peu trop de jeu que pas assez &#8211; trop serr\u00e9 c&rsquo;est mauvais pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<div class=\"product-slider\" style=\"--swiper-theme-color:
