Mais \u00e0 ce stade, il n&rsquo;y a aucun lien avec les roues qui font avancer notre v\u00e9hicule. Ces joints individuels sont \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0joint set\u00a0\u00bb. C\u00f4t\u00e9 roue, le joint de l&rsquo;arbre de transmission est responsable de la transmission de la puissance de la bo\u00eete de vitesses aux roues. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la transmission, une articulation est n\u00e9cessaire pour absorber et compenser les mouvements axiaux caus\u00e9s par la d\u00e9flexion du v\u00e9hicule. Cela est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00fb \u00e0 un entretien inappropri\u00e9 ou irr\u00e9gulier. En effet, les articulations de l&rsquo;arbre de transmission sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par ce que l&rsquo;on appelle des manchons. Ils sont constitu\u00e9s d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de caoutchouc sp\u00e9cial et durable. Ils veillent \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;aucune salet\u00e9 ne puisse p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les joints.<\/p>\n<p>Si les manchons sont endommag\u00e9s, l&rsquo;eau p\u00e9n\u00e9trante et les particules de salet\u00e9 peuvent se combiner avec la graisse.
