La vraie haute gamme.<br \/>\nLe but : montrer que m\u00eame VOLKSwagen pouvait viser les \u00e9toiles. Son obsession de la perfection alla jusqu\u2019\u00e0 imposer \u00e0 la carrosserie de la Phaeton la plus grande rigidit\u00e9 en torsion jamais atteinte sur une voiture de s\u00e9rie.<br \/>\nLa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.fr\/produits\/ventilation-et-climatisation-122\/\">climatisation<\/a> ? Absolument sans courant d\u2019air : Pi\u00ebch ha\u00efssait la moindre sensation d\u2019air sur la peau.<br \/>\nEt il voulait que, m\u00eame \u00e0 186 km\/h, l\u2019habitacle reste \u00e0 +22\u00b0C, malgr\u00e9 une temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure de +55\u00b0C. (Ne posez pas de questions&#8230;)<br \/>\nCe qui \u00e9tait exig\u00e9 dans les cahiers des charges fr\u00f4lait l\u2019impossible. On l\u2019oublie, il a vite disparu.<br \/>\nLe vrai Phaeton, c\u2019\u00e9tait un 3.0 V6 TDI common-rail, un 4.2 V8, un 5.0 V10 TDI, ou un 6.0 W12.<br \/>\nLes deux derniers \u00e9taient des monstres : capables soit de pulv\u00e9riser la bo\u00eete ZF sous un pied lourd, soit de transformer le remplacement des bougies en corv\u00e9e quotidienne.<br \/>\nMais qui s\u2019en souciait ?
