Dans des circonstances d\u00e9favorables, celui-ci entra\u00eene une panne irr\u00e9parable du moteur, et il est alors n\u00e9cessaire de remplacer le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.fr\/produits\/unite-de-controle-des-moteurs-10701\/\">moteur<\/a> dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. Le grippage du piston est l&rsquo;un des dommages les plus graves d&rsquo;un moteur \u00e0 combustion et entra\u00eene souvent des dommages irr\u00e9parables du moteur. Cela se produit lorsque l&rsquo;un des pistons se coince dans le cylindre qui l&rsquo;entoure. Les deux composants se lient alors durablement et fermement l&rsquo;un \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, de sorte que le moteur s&rsquo;arr\u00eate d&rsquo;un seul coup.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi un grippage de piston se produit-il ?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un moteur \u00e0 combustion, une chaleur importante est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e. Celle-ci se r\u00e9partit de mani\u00e8re in\u00e9gale car le piston et le cylindre sont constitu\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riaux diff\u00e9rents. Le cylindre peut mieux \u00e9vacuer la chaleur vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Par cons\u00e9quent, le piston se dilate davantage et le frottement augmente, ce qui fait que les deux parties se r\u00e9chauffent encore plus. Dans le cas d&rsquo;un grippage de piston, la temp\u00e9rature est si \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les pi\u00e8ces mobiles se soudent entre elles par friction.<\/p>\n<h2>Le grippage d&rsquo;un piston peut avoir diff\u00e9rentes causes<\/h2>\n<p>La lubrification du piston par l&rsquo;huile moteur est n\u00e9cessaire pour minimiser les frottements et \u00e9vacuer en permanence la chaleur produite. Sur un moteur \u00e0 deux temps, celle-ci est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e au carburant. Les moteurs \u00e0 quatre temps en revanche, disposent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;une pompe \u00e0 huile distincte. Dans la plupart des cas, le grippage du piston est d\u00fb \u00e0 une lubrification insuffisante. Cela peut survenir lorsqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas assez ou pas du tout d&rsquo;huile ou que le lubrifiant utilis\u00e9 est inappropri\u00e9. Un exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;huile est \u00e9galement dangereux. Dans ce cas, le vilebrequin frappe l&rsquo;huile, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de nombreuses bulles d&rsquo;air et la rend mousseuse. Elles entra\u00eenent soit une usure importante, soit des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts \u00e0 certains endroits. Le film d&rsquo;huile se rompt \u00e0 ces endroits, de sorte que la lubrification n&rsquo;est plus suffisante. Ces zones s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffent alors d\u00e9mesur\u00e9ment et peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine d&rsquo;un grippage du piston. Dans le cas d&rsquo;un moteur \u00e0 deux temps, une longue descente peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas, le moteur tourne \u00e0 grande vitesse, mais n&rsquo;est aliment\u00e9 en lubrifiant que par l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur au ralenti. Il en r\u00e9sulte un manque de lubrification qui entra\u00eene une temp\u00e9rature dangereusement \u00e9lev\u00e9e sur une longue p\u00e9riode. Ce m\u00eame effet se produit lorsque l&rsquo;alimentation en huile d&rsquo;un moteur \u00e0 quatre temps est interrompue par un dysfonctionnement. Cela arrive par exemple en cas de d\u00e9faillance de la pompe \u00e0 huile ou d&rsquo;obstruction des conduites d&rsquo;alimentation ou des soupapes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"product-slider\"
