Les tuyaux flexibles en caoutchouc sont utilis\u00e9s, entre autres, pour raccorder le r\u00e9ducteur avec les bandes d&rsquo;injection (tuyaux de gaz). Conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement 67 de la CEE-ONU (Commission \u00e9conomique des Nations unies pour l&rsquo;Europe). Ce document d\u00e9finit les conditions de travail sp\u00e9cifiques qu&rsquo;ils doivent remplir, par exemple la pression et la temp\u00e9rature (max. 0,45 MPa entre -25\u00b0C et 125\u00b0C). Dans la construction des tuyaux utilis\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes de carburant (y compris le GPL). Le caoutchouc butadi\u00e8ne-acrylonitrile-butadi\u00e8ne (NBR) et le chlorosulfone-poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (CSM) sont utilis\u00e9s en raison de leur excellente r\u00e9sistance aux hydrocarbures.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Installation_des_conduites_de_gaz\"><\/span>Installation des conduites de gaz<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les tuyaux en caoutchouc utilis\u00e9s pour les connexions\u00a0 doivent \u00eatre des tuyaux avec un renforcement interne de la tresse. Il faut rappeler que le diam\u00e8tre des tuyaux en caoutchouc sans renforcement change sous l&rsquo;influence de la temp\u00e9rature. Dans le cas contraire cela entra\u00eenera la fourniture de doses de gaz diff\u00e9rentes. Ensuite, le r\u00e9gulateur de GPL n&rsquo;a pratiquement aucune possibilit\u00e9 de corriger la dose de gaz erron\u00e9e et variable par des corrections.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lune_des_erreurs_dinstallation_les_plus_frequentes_est_le_mauvais_diametre_des_tuyaux\"><\/span>L&rsquo;une des erreurs d&rsquo;installation les plus fr\u00e9quentes est le mauvais diam\u00e8tre des tuyaux<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les tuyaux de GPL install\u00e9s entre la buse d&rsquo;injection de GPL et l&#8217;embout viss\u00e9 dans le collecteur d&rsquo;admission doivent avoir un diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur de 4, 5 ou 6 mm et une longueur maximale de 30 cm. Il est \u00e9vident que l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement laminaire du gaz est garanti par le diam\u00e8tre correspondant du tuyau. Si nous utilisons le mauvais diam\u00e8tre de fil, un effet de \u00ab\u00a0goulot d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement\u00a0\u00bb se produira.\u00a0 Cela entra\u00eenerait principalement un mauvais m\u00e9lange du moteur, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 la combustion. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.fr\/produits\/systemes-de-refroidissement-108\/\">syst\u00e8me de refroidissement du v\u00e9hicule<\/a> avec l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur doit \u00eatre reli\u00e9 \u00e0 des tuyaux d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tuyaux_en_caoutchouc_dans_le_systeme_GPL_%E2%80%93_entretien_de_base\"><\/span>Tuyaux en caoutchouc dans le syst\u00e8me GPL &#8211; entretien de base<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Il convient de rappeler que la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 naturelle du caoutchouc est sa tendance \u00e0 se fissurer avec le temps. Cela peut m\u00eame conduire \u00e0 une fuite dans le syst\u00e8me. C&rsquo;est pourquoi une inspection annuelle d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du v\u00e9hicule et du syst\u00e8me GPL est si importante.<br \/>\nIl faut \u00e9galement tenir compte du fait que les tuyaux en caoutchouc pour le GPL ne peuvent pas \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tanches\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 100 %. La structure du caoutchouc doit assurer un flux minimum de fractions gazeuses dues aux augmentations de pression, qui sont invisibles pour les capteurs d&rsquo;odeurs et de gaz humains.
