Les cliquetis produits lors de man\u0153uvres soudaines peuvent aussi \u00eatre l&rsquo;indice d&rsquo;une barre d&rsquo;accouplement d\u00e9fectueuse. Pour d\u00e9terminer la cause exacte et remplacer la barre d&rsquo;accouplement ab\u00eem\u00e9e, il faut lever le v\u00e9hicule avec un syst\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9vateur pour l&rsquo;examiner de plus pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce conseil utile s&rsquo;applique au remplacement d&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de barre d&rsquo;accouplement et de rotules axiales qui forment la barre d&rsquo;accouplement.<\/p>\n<h2>Note g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/h2>\n<p>Nos conseils utiles ne sont qu&rsquo;un aper\u00e7u. Les images utilis\u00e9es et la proc\u00e9dure d\u00e9crite dans nos conseils utiles sont des exemples et peuvent varier en fonction du constructeur du v\u00e9hicule et de la conception de l&rsquo;essieu.<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions pour le remplacement de barres d&rsquo;accouplement<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> il est extr\u00eamement important de veiller \u00e0 la propret\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;on effectue des travaux sur la direction assist\u00e9e. Un travail incorrect et des souillures peuvent entra\u00eener des fuites et, dans le pire des cas, une d\u00e9faillance de l&rsquo;assistance de direction.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lever le v\u00e9hicule et d\u00e9monter les roues avant.<\/li>\n<li>Pulv\u00e9riser du d\u00e9rouillant sur les \u00e9crous de fixation de l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de barre d&rsquo;accouplement et le laisser agir pendant quelques minutes. (fig. 8)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> lors du montage, la rotule ne doit pas tourner dans le coussinet sph\u00e9rique.
